2025 Women of Law Enforcement Conference

Being a female in a male dominated field has it unique challenges.  StrongHER WILL focuses on assisting women in becoming more effective leaders.  This program is designed to educate and empower women in the law enforcement profession.  This is an interactive program where we will discuss gender-specific issues in an open and relaxed environment where women can learn from women. Topics we'll cover include: Building resiliency, finding your voice, emotional intelligence, work/life balance.
